We were commissioned to create the images for a development of 3 luxury properties near Lancaster. These were used to market the properties before they broke ground.
We modelled the exteriors of each building along with the full landscape of the property, which included visiting site to capture a full 360 view of the landscape for the backdrop so that we could place the properties in the correct environment.
We were also able to create aerial shots of the plot to give an understanding of the garden space each house gets. CGI makes it much easier to create these as its just a camera reposition compared to hiring a drone photographer which cant be done until the property is built.
Along with the exterior shots, we created interior visuals of the key areas in the property such as the kitchen, open plan living area, and bedroom with ensuite.
Due to our extensive knowledge of kitchen design, we were also tasked with the cabinet layouts so that they had the most functional and inviting feel as possible. As this was done at the early stages of the development it meant that future buyers could get a proper feel for how the interior could work for them, whilst allowing them to customise some aspects such as finishes once the build had started.
Therefore, we went for a different colour palette for each kitchen so that we could show how the feel could be changed by the new owners to fit their taste. It creates a more involved approach to house building that you don’t get without having the imagery ready before the build starts.
